We are excited to announce a couple of fundraising events for the 2019-2020 school year. Starting off we have our first Board Meeting on Wednesday, Sept 16th, 7pm at Town Hall (room tba). Any parent is welcome to join our meetings and we look forward to your input.
Our first fundraiser is our Parents Night Out on Sept 28th at Players Sports Bar in Rockland. This is a super fun night to catch up with other parents and make new connections. Book your babysitters for this fun night out. Raffle Prizes, Cash Bar and Food with paid admission. We are always looking for donations for raffle prizes. All donations are tax deductible. Admin.AEF finally has a new website! Along with using social media tools Facebook and Twitter we have a new website to help spread information about the Abington Education Foundation. We hope to be able to sell tickets to upcoming events, provide more information for parents and teachers about how to apply for funding (and an online application) and share how funding was used. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated as this is an ongoing work in progress by volunteers. Archives
